Why not implement a voluntary Asset and Income Declaration Scheme to balance the slumping economy caused by the lockdown of the country due to the Corona (covid-19) in India?   Can the Central Government earn thousands of crores of rupees as income tax for our country? ಭಾರತ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೂರೂನಾ (ಕೋವಿಡ್-19)  ಕಾರಣದಿಂದಾಗಿ  ದೇಶದಾದ್ಯಂತ ಲಾಕ್ ಡೌನ್  ಮಾಡಿದ ಕಾರಣದಿಂದ ಉಂಟಾದ ಕುಸಿದ ಆರ್ಥಿಕತೆಯನ್ನು ಸಮತೋಲನಗೂಳಿಸುವುದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಸ್ವಯಂಪ್ರೇರಿತ  ಆಸ್ತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಆದಾಯ ಘೋಷಣೆ ಯೋಜನೆ ಯಾಕೆ ಜಾರಿ ಮಾಡಬಾರದು ..?.ಒಂದು ಕನಿಷ್ಠ ಆದಾಯ ತೆರಿಗೆ ದರವನ್ನು ನಿಗದಿ ಮಾಡಿದರೆ  ನಮ್ಮ ದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಆದಾಯ ತೆರಿಗೆ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಾವಿರಾರು  ಕೋಟಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಆದಾಯ ರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಪಡೆಯಬಹುದಲ್ಲವೇ.?.
